Individual Sessions
A 12-week parent coaching package. Includes weekly 50 minute coaching sessions via Zoom and resource-rich supplementary work each week outside of our coaching sessions. Unlimited parenting help via email answered personally by me within 24 hours.
Custom packages and ongoing sessions are available.
The Empowered Parent Group Sessions
Intimate four-week parenting groups that meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. There are three phases for a total of twelve weeks of sessions. Learn more here.
